Delicious and helpful

Just received my tangy sour box and I can't wait to get stuck in.
Had an issue with the original delivery (damaged label) but I contacted the team and they sent out a new box immediately, great service.

Amazing Selection of Sours!

A brilliant selection of sours that were from some of my favourite breweries and that introduced me to some new ones! Such a great price for the amount of beer and the snacks are a lovely addition. Well packaged. Can't say enough good things!

This is a great craft beer subscription!

Fast and free delivery, a great range of beers in this box, one from a brewery not known to me; always a plus point for me.
I love the flexibility, being able to choose between 3 dedicated beer style boxes and a great mixed box, plus interesting free pairing snacks.

Loved the selection of IPAs

Great selection of IPAs. There was such a good variety of juicy hazy IPAs, these are the type I love the most. The box was packed with beers from some big hitters like Overtone, Beak, Siren.

The glass and snack were a really nice addition as well. Overall a lovely selection and I cant wait to see what's in store for next months box!

Inside the Box

What beers are in the box? Our specialist team carefully scours the UK for the best brews from the best small batch breweries each month. You select the type of beers you want, whether that’s IPAs and Pale Ales, Sour Beers or a Mixed variety box and we will do the rest.

Will I ever drink the same beer twice? Every box has 8 unique beers. These beers in the box will change every month. This means if you stick with the same type of box each month you are guaranteed to never drink the same beer twice over a 12 month period.

How many breweries are in each box? We will always have a minimum of 4 different breweries in each box. There can be anywhere between 4 to 8 different breweries featured in any given box.

Which breweries will be in the box? You can view the breweries we have in each months’ box by visiting our blog. You will see the current months list of breweries as well as all the previous breweries we have featured.

Your Subscription

How do I access my subscription? Go to the home page and select the middle icon at the top right of the page. This will ask you to sign in where you can access your subscription.

Can I change my box type from month to month? Yes, just log onto your subscription any time before the next payment is due and select the box you would like. If you make no changes you will automatically receive the same type as the previous month.

Can I order more than one box? Yes, feel free to add as many boxes on as you like. It will all come under the same subscription.

How do I pause/cancel my subscription? Simply sign into your subscription and click the pause or cancel options and that’s it done.

When will my subscription be billed? It will be billed on the same day every month from when you first signed up. For example, if you first signed up on the 9th of the month, you will be billed on the 9th of every month and receive that months’ box a few days later.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost? Delivery is free.

How long does it take to arrive? It takes 1-3 days for orders to arrive. We have a daily 16:30 cut off time for orders to be dispatched that day. If you order after 16:30 your order will be dispatched the following day.

What delivery partners do you use? We use a variety of different delivery partners. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking code from whichever carrier is delivering your order once it has been dispatched.

Disappointing

Bought this box as it is meant to rival other subscription boxes.

Firstly two of the cans arrived really beaten up and bent out of shape in a box of 8.

Secondly they advertise '2 gourmet snacks' with each box. Only received on packet of standard peanuts, not exactly 'gourmet' and no second snack. Disappointing as would prefer to support independent but the quality and standards are just not what is advertised.

I'm sorry so many of the cans were dented, we are looking into ways we can add more padding to the boxes as well as collaborate more with Royal Mail to prevent this in the future. I will reach out to you privately to discuss further details. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review :)
